Our delivery service, we offer a range of different options to suit you,

Online Ordering

For orders under £50(Ex VAT) postage is £4.95 

For orders over £50 (Ex VAT) , postage is FREE. 

Economy Delivery (3-10 Working Days) 

Please Note: Economy delivery is only available for orders placed online. 

Large Item Delivery – Delivery on bulky items such as Riser Recliners and Electric Adjustable Profiling Beds is a curb-side delivery and cannot be brought into the house for you. 

Who delivers your products? 

Small aids will be sent via Royal Mail, and large bulky items like standard manual wheelchairs will be sent via one of our couriers. Someone will have to be there to sign for the delivery. Beds and Riser Recliners are delivered on a pallet. 

We often use Royal Mail & Parcel Force for our deliveries but sometimes we will use other couriers. 

White Glove Delivery Service  

Our white glove delivery service includes unboxing the product, fully assembling and demonstrating how the product works, answering any questions that you might have, and then removing all packaging. 

We can offer this service FREE of charge in the following postcode area’s  BB, BL, CA, FY, L, LA, M, OL, PR, 

For deliveries outside of these postcode zones, there is a standard delivery charge of £80.00 

Please note when choosing this service, you must allow around 7-14 working days for delivery. Depending on Manufacturing lead time.

For Custom Manual and Powered Wheelchairs, the lead time is around 20 Working Days from the order
